In winter, the area is very peaceful, but you’ll still benefit from an amazing climate, with warm temperatures almost all year round. This cozy house features a terrace and barbecue, perfect for outdoor living. The beaches of Carabassí and Arenales del Sol are nearby (3–5 km, 7–10 minutes by car), and can also be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. The walk back is moderately uphill, but there are bus and tourist train options. The pool is very close to the house. Gran Alacant is set on a hill, ideal for walking and cycling with beautiful views. Within walking distance you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, gym, and health center. The home offers a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, creating a modern and functional space to share moments in a unique atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a 150 cm double bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. There is 1 full bathroom. From the living room, you can access the balcony and, via stairs, the spacious 40 m² private terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. This is the perfect spot for sunny breakfasts, relaxing afternoons, or outdoor dinners all year round thanks to the pleasant Mediterranean climate.
